Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order. If you wish to keep a copy for your records please print out this screen.

Definitions

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

'Supplier'means First Contact Security Ltd whose office is at:

'Goods'means the goods or services supplied by First Contact Security Ltd website address:www.firstcontactsecurityltd.co.uk

'Customer'means the person or company who purchases or agrees to purchase goods or services from First Contact Security Ltd.

Customer Support and Service

If you have a problem with any of the goods we supply and install, you should phone us on 02477 0909 between 9.00 am and 17.00 pm Monday to Friday or email us at customercare@firstcontactsecurityltd.co.uk, and we will be pleased to offer you technical support.

If we are unable to rectify the problem over the phone, we will have to send an engineer for a call-out to your premises to repair or replace any faulty goods. Call-out charges start from £75 for the first half hour and £30 per hour thereafter. If you have faulty products that are within your warranty period, the faulty products will be replaced free off charge.

Bookings & Payments Accepted

On installation of customers orders, there is full payment payable on completion of your installation. unless deposit and monthly terms have being agreed. We accept valid Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Switch credit and debit cards. We also accept £ Sterling cheques drawn on UK clearing banks, payable to First Contact Security Ltd and sent to the address set out above.

Payment Methods

Payment by Credit / Debit Card: We accept most major credit and Debit cards: Visa,Mastercard etc. Payment can be made through our Secure Payment System secured by PalPay or by phone by calling us on 02477 0909.

Please make cheques payable to First Contact Security Ltd', and send to the address on our Contact Us Page.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel this agreement if you wish. To do so, you must contact us in writing and send it by recorded delivery to First Contact Security Ltd, Office 4, Enterprise House, Enterprise Park, Caultaulds Way, Coventry, CV6 5NX. To be received no later than 14 days after the agreement is made.

Returns Policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management and any returns agreed outside of the above 14 days may be subject to a 10% handling charge.

Refunds are given at the discretion of the Company Management within 14 days of your order.

Privacy and Security

Our online payment service has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality. When you make an online payment, you will be requested to provide your personal contact details. If there is a problem or query with your transaction, this information will greatly assist us should we have to contact you. This personal information will be used for no other purpose and is subject to the First Contact Security Ltd's Data Protection Registration .Your credit/debit card information is NOT transmitted outside the secure site.

We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
